A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your Somerville basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
Efflorescence is a reliable early sign that water is moving through your Somerville foundation wall right now.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
A wall that's starting to bow is a structural issue on top of a water issue — this jumps to the front of our Somerville schedule.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Somerville homeowners connect to a basement problem.
From a 2 a.m. sump pump failure to a planned exterior drainage project, here's what our Somerville crews handle most.
A flooded Somerville basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews extract it fast and start drying the space the same visit.
Get Emergency Help →Seasonal ground movement in Somerville tends to widen existing cracks over time, so sealing early usually costs less than waiting.
Ask About Crack Repair →A failed sump pump is the top reason for emergency calls across Somerville after heavy rain — we install pumps sized to your actual water volume, plus battery backup for power outages.
Book a Pump Check →For yards fighting bad grading, an exterior French drain intercepts water before it ever touches the foundation wall.
Talk Drainage Options →A damp Somerville crawl space drives up humidity throughout the house — we seal it completely with heavy-duty vapor barrier and add dehumidification where needed.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →Commercial water intrusion means bigger stakes — inventory, tenants, downtime. We scope commercial Somerville jobs with written specs and a real timeline.
Request a Commercial Quote →No pressure, no scripts — just what actually happens once you call +1-866-476-1348.
You'll talk to a person, not a script — enough of a conversation to know what to expect before anyone shows up.
We point out exactly what we find as we find it, so nothing about the diagnosis feels like a black box.
No verbal number that quietly grows once the truck pulls up — the written quote is the final word.
Once the job's done, you get written proof of what was installed and exactly what the warranty covers.
